CNRP = 65 seats and CPP = 57 seats, but NEC changed the results

This is the first and unofficial election results:
At 6:30pm 28th July, when the NEC promised to officially declare the election results, the real results were:
1. CNRP won 65 seats,
2. CPP won 57 seats.
However, the NEC delayed the announcement until 8:30pm and changed the results to:
1. CNRP won 55 seats
2. CPP won 68 seats.
